Every awning design is fully weather tested in their purpose built rain house, which simulates heavy rainfall comparable to a tropical storm. All the AIR tubes are fully tested individually for a minimum of 72 hours before being installed into the awnings. Outdoor Revolution inflation and pressure relief valves are individually tested to precise high pressure in laboratory conditions before being installed into the AIR tubes. Cayman Range Driveaway Awnings

This BEST SELLING range has been produced from a premium ultra-lightweight 120HDE Hex fabric weave, which has been specifically engineered to deliver lightweight, compact and visually contemporary products that pack away neatly into the inclusive carry bag, making it perfect where weight and space limitations are of key consideration. This material incorporates a 3000 Hydrostatic Head and employs fully taped seams throughout, meaning it is exceptionally waterproof and rain will simply bead onto the surface before rolling off. The sleek design lines & claasic TRI colour livery will co-ordinate & compliment any campervan.

The Cayman Range offers two models with a fibreglass and sleeve pole arrangement & one hybrid model, which are structually very stable & quick and easy to pitch and offering excellent value. The other models offer an AIR Frame. The Oxygen AIR Frame is the quickest, easiest, and most reliable inflation system on the market, with no adjoining pipes or tapes spoiling the immaculate lines of their stunning design. Inflation is rapid through the framed Dynamic Speed Valve (DCV) using the Dual Action Hand Pump provided, whilst deflation is just the push of a button.

Large PVC windows permit an excellent vista of the outside world, from the luxury & convenience of your awning, helping to encapsulate the surrounding landscape. All windows feature integral toggle-in curtains which can be rolled back during the day or closed for complete privacy at night. Ventilation points aid in reducing condensation by optimising airflow around the awning, and mesh ventilation flyscreens on doors will help keep insects at bay, whilst retaining a pleasant flow of air. Outdoor Revolution use 'Phoenix Mesh' in all of their awnings which is an assisted-healing 'Smart' material with the structually incorporated ability to repair 'Snag' damage, typically caused by consistent usage over time. Simply manipulated, it will return to its original form. The addition of twin piping (6mm and 4mm) permits fitting to most campervans.

The Cayman Range comes complete with fully sewn-in PE groundsheet, steel ground pegs, reflective guylines, a repair kit, and double action hand pump. The Movelite TE3 & TE4 models are produced from a contemporary printed technical 240HDE HEX High density all weather lightweight yet durable fabric that has been specifically woven to deliver exceptionally lightweight fabric. allowing smaller folded pack sizes where weight & space considerations are of consideration. This high density fabric incorporates a 4000mm Hydrostatic Head Rating and employs fully taped seams throughout, meaning it is extremely waterproof, therefore rain will simply bead onto the surface, before rolling off.

The Oxygen AIR Frame is the quickest, simplest & most reliable inflation system on the market, with no adjoining pipes/taps spoiling the immaculate lines of these stunning designs. The AIR frame comprises our inflatable high pressure twin tube air frame technology, the framed Dynamic Speed Valve with patented Intelligent Framed Relief Valve. Inflation is rapid using the pump provided, and deflation is just the push of a button, the exclusion pressure relief valve prevents damage to the tube by expelling any excess air, typically caused by over inflation or change in the ambient temperature. All valves are discreetly concealed by a Velcro cover. The Oxygen AIR frame has been quality controlled to ensure optimal performance and holds Outdoor Revolution's exclusive "Lifetime Guarantee" for peace of mind in years to come. This applies to the Movelite range only.

Expansive tinted anti-glare windows grant an excellent vista of the surrounding area and protect against any harmful UV rays, whilst increasing privacy and illuminating the awning interior during daytime hours; these are accompanied by embossed zip-in curtain, which can be fully zipped out and rolled back, or zipped completely in for additional privacy at night. A sewn-in groundsheet increases convenience when pitching, whilst reducing the number of bugs and preventing water ingress to the interior. Phoenix self sealing mesh is used on the full mesh front door and zip up curtains. Twin piping (6mm and 4mm) allows compatibility with mostb campervans.
