Swift Group Innovation Comes to Sprite Ranges

Swift upgraded the SMART construction system to SMART Plus in 2016 by adding a new sandwich floor construction with a GRP outer skin. SMART Plus has been further enhanced for 2017 with new balanced panel side walls having both GRP outer and inner skins to create a full GRP bodyshell. GRP is more impact resistant than aluminium, ensuring long lasting good looks to secure your investment for the future.

Swift Command, launched last season in Swift Group's flagship ranges, brought modern technology with an 'App' interface to the leisure vehicle market. This exciting innovation is now available across Swift Group's entire Caravan and Motorhome ranges.

The Swift Command control system includes an intelligent power supply unit and a smart LCD control panel that allows viewing of enhanced control panel functions. There is also an exciting Swift Command 'App' that can be downloaded to Smartphones and Tablets which enables the user to remotely control and/or monitor certain vehicle systems either inside the vehicle using a Bluetooth interface (BLE), or away from the vehicle (providing that there is a signal or wi-fi available). Added to the system for the new season is the option to subscribe to a pro-active Thatcham Level 6 tracker.

All 2017 models also come with access to Connect Direct, Swift’s online customer service portal. Swift is the only manufacturer to have a dedicated customer service team and the Connect Direct system is additional to existing contact points.

The key benefits of Connect Direct are: access to information 24/7; ability to report faults directly to us; product upgrades and notifications; live chat direct into our experienced retail team; upload service history records and service history reminders.

Outside exterior enhancements to both Sprite ranges include convenient one key locks and new LED high level marker lights which provide better visibility in poor weather.

Inside the Sprite Freedom range gets the contemporary 'Aralie sen' woodgrain with ashen-brown hue and updated interior lighting which is now all LED, including adjustable spotlights in the lounge, over locker lighting and recessed ceiling lights.

Enhancing the ‘Darwin’ soft furnishing scheme, all windows now come with curtains and a new 100 litre, electronic ignition Dometic fridge has a handy removable freezer compartment.

The range continues otherwise unchanged, offering three 6-berth family models equipped with all the essentials.

The Sprite range was considerably enhanced last season and is the best selling single caravan range in the UK. For 2017 two new layouts are added. The single axle Sprite Major 4 EB, a completely new layout to the Swift Group last season, has a fixed rear island bed and mid-transverse washroom. Adding to the twin-axle line-up is the new Sprite Quattro DD which offers front and rear parallel seating with bunks over at the rear, a mid-kitchen and washroom.

Specification remains otherwise unchanged with the vibrant, citrus ‘Elodie’ scheme carried over. There is a sophisticated new 'Albion' soft furnishing option with Paretto bedding and muted shaded of French grey and gold captured in a retro design for the curtains, blended with a gold scatter cushion (cushion part of the Diamond Pack)

High specification features like the Duvalay Duvalite mattress, full LED lighting and Truma Combi boiler also remain as does the ever popular Diamond pack, that is so well priced it is always selected. This provides stylish Scorpion alloy wheels, a door flyscreen to the one piece, flush fitting exterior door, an AL-KO stabiliser, AL-KO wheel-lock receiver, microwave oven, radio/CD/MP3 player and extra scatter cushions.

There are also several more individual options including a panoramic sunroof.

All Swift Group models comply with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval, have EN1645 Grade 3 classification for heating and insulation, which is the highest available and the seal of assurance from Swift’s 10-year body integrity warranty.
