True 'Zero Gravity'

To be classed as a TRUE 'Zero Gravity' chair the angle of RELAXATION must be 127 degrees, any other angle is imprecise. This has allegedly been proven by NASA to be fact.

Lafuma Air Comfort Fabric - Manufactured from three layers of technologically advanced fabric, an ultra breathable top layer, a padded permeable, middle layer and a Batyline base layer. Practically this means you have a wonderfully comfortable, padded seat that does not retain water, promotes air circulation and is extremely quick drying.

Lafuma's R Clip System - The Lafuma R Clip, Lafuma Futura and Futura Air Comfort all feature Lafuma's patented revolutionary R Clip system which uses elastomere clips which form the link between the frame tubing and fabric to offer firmer comfort and excellent back support, and is 100 times more durable than ordinary lacing systems, which have a tendency to stretch over time and become frayed, which could alter the even balance of the fabric. The simple clip on system also means that, should you wish to clean or replace the Recliner canvas, removing it takes minutes as you will no longer need to lace and unlace the seat, just clip in in and relax.

Batyline is the fabric used on the Lafuma RSX Relaxer and Cham Elips chairs. Batyline is extremely strong and provides full support whilst remaining supple, which makes it perfect for supporting occupants regardless of size and weight. Batyline intelligent weave allows air and liquid to pass freely through it without returning water, whilst the synthetic nature of the fabric prevents deterioration in humid atmospheres. Batyline also provides excellent resistance to UV rays and incorporates antifungal treatment. Batyline is also very resistant to tearing, does not distort and is easy to maintain. Cleaning the fabric is simple, needing only a brush and soapy water plus, it is also environmentally friendly!
