At Homestead Caravans and Outdoor Leisure our aftersales department and workshop endeavour to provide the very best in customer service and aftercare. We have invested heavily in a purpose built state-of-the-art fully equipped workshops and stores building, showing our commitment to a high quality of service and aftercare to our customers.

We undertake servicing, insurance work and repairs, together with fitting of accessories e.g. Caravan Movers. We can locate a variety of spares, accessories and parts for Swift Group Caravans (Swift, Abbey, Bessacarr, Sprite, Sterling) through our computerised factory link-up system.

We are approved insurance repairers for all the major insurance companies and have achieved the high standards required to be an 'Approved Caravan Workshop', backed by the National Caravan Council, The Camping and Caravanning Club and The Caravan Club. Recommended & Approved by SWIFT & ELDDIS

Our workshop Engineers and Technicians regularly attend various manufacturers training courses to maintain, update and improve their qualifications.
