The padded canvases are made of polycotton with a high-density foam filling provided extremely comfortable support. Lafuma use HLE steel tube (High Level Elasticity) which has an unbeatable strength to lightness ratio. HLE steel is 15% lighter than other steels of the same strength. The sheer quality of the HLE allows Lafuma to create strong, smooth curves in the frame.
